La Clínica de La Raza is a community based nonprofit organization governed by an eighteen member Board of Directors, ten members of which are consumers (patients) of La Clínica. The Board of Directors is responsible for governance, fiscal oversight, strategic planning, and institutional advancement of La Clínica. Board members are volunteers and serve without compensation.

The La Clínica de La Raza Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 pm, 3451 E. 12th Street, Y&H Soda Conferance Room, 3rd Floor . If the 3rd Monday is a holiday, the meeting occurs the next day (Tuesday). Meetings may be cancelled on short notice. It is best to call 510-535-2924 before coming.
