Community Health Education Youth - About Us
Youth Services stems from the enthusiasm of students participating in Casa En Las Escuelas Program, who when the school year ended, wanted to continue their work with CASA CHE. That's when Peer Health Education internships were created for students who wanted to learn Leadership and Community Action Skills, and participate in various community-based activities under the guidance of CASA CHE Health Educators. They also assist in outreach at La Clinica events, conduct Peer Education Sessions in schools, Needs Assessments and Community Action Plans. Casa CHE continues to educate and help build leaders within our communities.
