Through the United Way, you may designate your gift to La Clínica de La Raza. With your contribution thousands of children, families, and adults may receive needed health care.

If your employer allows you to designate your gift to any nonprofit organization, please consider La Clínica by:

• Asking for a pledge form from your company's United Way Coordinator.
• Write La Clínica de La Raza, 1515 Fruitvale Avenue, Oakland, CA 94601 on the Donor Option line.
• If you are a government employee, you may designate your gift through the Combined Federal Campaign by inserting La Clínica's United Way Code number: #16685.

Your contributions can have twice the impact if you participate in your company's matching program. Many corporations and businesses already have established initiatives where the company itself will match contributions made by employees. It’s a great way to double the impact of your generous gift!
