This care begins with the delivery of the baby and continues until the child reaches 12 or 13 years of age. We provide complete physical examinations, health education for children and their parents, treatment for chronic and acute illness, and full vaccinations.
Some of the accomplishments that make La Clínica's pediatric care stand out among other health care providers include immunization rates of 99%, a rate far above the national average of 70%. Through our model program for treating chronic illness, we help children with chronic disease better manage their conditions and, in some cases, completely outgrow the illness by adulthood.
