La Clínica provides health care to women from late adolescence through the childbearing years to menopause and into elderly years. Our OB/GYN physicians and nurse practitioners are a resource for care and information regarding health lifestyles, menstruation, sexuality and reproduction, family planning, contraception, STD's, breast health, menopause, osteoporosis and other health concerns.
For expecting mothers, we provide care at every stage of their pregnancy with office visits, prenatal group classes, social services, nutritional assessments and health education. Our physicians deliver the baby at the hospital, and extend their care for the mother after delivery with postpartum office visits. Nursing staff provide antenatal care and postpartum care for the mothers, and offer advice in caring for their babies and themselves.
